The Benefit of Membership

ACCA's membership consists of public and private sector Contract Compliance, Historically Underutilized Business Enterprise, Affirmative Action, Wage and Hour Standards and Equal Employment Opportunity professionals from across the nation. ACCA was founded in 1986 to provide an ongoing comprehensive professional training to individuals working within these disciplines.

We provide members, collaboration with other professionals and informationregarding new trends and technologies that will increase their effectiveness.

In addition, ACCA provides members the benefits of:

Types of Membership

General Membership: Individual members shall be those individuals who are
employed by a public or public organization and whose primary or secondary job responsibilities
involve the monitoring of contracts for adherence to wage and hour standards, affirmative
action or equal opportunity employment requirements, or the administration of historically underutilized business programs. Members who have been members in good standing shall have all privileges of membership, including the privilege of voting and serving as delegates or alternates at conferences and special meetings of ACCA and being eligible to hold office, and to serve as chairpersons of standing committees of ACCA. Individuals who have been members in good standing for one year shall be eligible to be nominated and elected to the office of Director of ACCA. Individuals who have been members in good standing for two years shall be eligible to be nominated and elected as an Officer of ACCA. [Top]

Retired Individual Membership: Retired individual members shall have the same rights and privileges as an individual, if they are in good standing and have paid their dues.[Top]

Lifetime Membership: Lifetime members shall be the founding members of the
organization or special awards recipients as determined by the full ACCA Board of
